Privacy policy

In short

This website uses no advertising or analytics trackers and no fonts from third-party servers. There is no cookie banner because only technically necessary cookies are set. Videos from YouTube and Instagram only load after you click.

Server logs

When you open the site, our server processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, data volume, referrer and browser and operating system identifier. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Logs are deleted after seven days at the latest and not merged with other data. Hosting is with OVH SAS in a data centre in Germany; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Cookies

We only set technically necessary cookies: a session identifier and a security cookie against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). They contain no personal data and are not analysed. Legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.

Requests to Timo (WhatsApp and email)

In the request dialog you can enter your name, preferred date, place, number of guests and a message. If you choose "Send via WhatsApp", WhatsApp opens with the prepared text; the message is only sent there, and WhatsApp's privacy terms apply. So that a request does not get lost, we additionally store name, details, message and your IP address on our server. If you choose "email", we also receive the request as an email. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (request concerning a contract), alternatively (f). We delete requests once they are dealt with, after 24 months at the latest, unless statutory retention periods apply. To fend off automated submissions we limit the number of requests per IP address.

Selfie frame

The photo you choose for the selfie frame is processed in your browser only. It is not transmitted to us or to third parties.

Magazine, dough calculator and search

The pizza magazine loads no third-party content: photos, fonts and graphics are served from our own server, and there are no trackers or analytics tools. The dough calculator works entirely in your browser; your entries are not transmitted. When you search the magazine, the search term is sent to our server as part of the address and processed in the server logs like any other page request (see above). The RSS feed is a plain file without tracking pixels. Links to sources lead to other websites; their privacy policies only apply once you click.

Embedded videos and Instagram

Videos from YouTube (via youtube-nocookie.com) and posts from Instagram only load when you click "play". Only then a connection to the provider is made and data such as your IP address is transmitted to them. The privacy policies of Google and Meta apply. Links to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or Facebook are plain links: a connection is only made when you click them. For "Plan your route" we link to OpenStreetMap.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). A message to team@tiamo-pizza.de is enough. You can also complain to a supervisory authority.

Changes

If something material changes on this site, this text changes too. The version you read here is the valid one.

The German version is the legally binding one.
