TIAMO - Pizza con amore is run by a family from Oberursel-Stierstadt: pizzaiolo Timo Merlé (42) has been baking pizza and Flammkuchen for family, friends and neighbours in his own oven at 500 degrees for years, and now the family is taking it to the market: with his parents Gabi and Arnd, his brother Till, his brother-in-law Samuel and his friend Boris. To kick off at the Old Town Market (Altstadtmarkt) in Oberursel on 24 October 2026 there will be freshly made Flammkuchen to go with the wine stands. On 7 and 8 November the Martinsmarkt follows with pizza from their own oven, and further dates are planned: the Christmas market in Stierstadt on 5 and 6 December and the Stedter Advent in Oberstedten on 20 December. When the moment is right, there is guitar and singing too.
