Old Town Market Oberursel
Our very first show: fresh Flammkuchen from the oven, right in the old town of Oberursel.
Here we go, sooner than planned: on Saturday, 24 October 2026, TIAMO is out with the oven for the very first time, at the Old Town Market on the historic market square in Oberursel. Between half-timbered houses, wine and regional food we bake from 10 am to 4 pm.
There is often pizza at the market already, so we bring our Flammkuchen edition: the classic with bacon, onions and chives, a vegetarian one with feta and olives and a sweet one with apple and cinnamon, plus soft drinks. Same oven, same team, same love. Drop by and say ciao!

What a premiere! We did not expect so many of you. Thank you to everyone who came by, waited and told us how it tasted. You were wonderful!
