Timo makes outstanding pizza. We are turning that into a stand for markets, festivals and events: red pavilion, mobile oven, live music and a team in red.

Our first Christmas market is on 5 and 6 December 2026 at the Christmas market in Oberursel-Stierstadt. And because we want to show the road there, there is a little series: Tiamo - The Series, a new episode every Thursday.

On this blog we tell you where we have been, what went wrong and what went well. Andiamo!
